Depending on the nature of the items ordered, delivery can take 3 - 5 business days.
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
Tracking numbers may take 3 - 4 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, the courier may lose an order. If the tracking number still doesn’t work within a few days, contact the carrier.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Use our contact form to tell us about the product you want to return. Please include order number, reason for return and if a refund or replacement is required. We will email you with instructions for returning the goods to your local collection point at your convenience.
We accept payments via Stripe Now.
Payment is taken immediately when your order is placed.
