Processing and Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days via Royal Mail.
Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery delays or additional costs (see Section 6).
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Rights.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty or the error is ours.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return (see Section 4).
Incorrect Addresses
If the incorrect address is provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct any mistakes before dispatch.
If the incorrect address is due to an error on our part, we will resend the order to the correct address at no additional cost.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events beyond our control. However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues to the best of our ability.
