Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return (see Section 4).

Incorrect Addresses

  • If the incorrect address is provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct any mistakes before dispatch.

  • If the incorrect address is due to an error on our part, we will resend the order to the correct address at no additional cost.
